Who We Are

Our journey began with Gino DeSantis, who immigrated from Italy in the early 1960s and started his own carpentry and construction company. Working alongside him from a young age, Robert, his son, absorbed the valuable skills and work ethic that define our company today.

Foundational Skills and Further Education

After graduating from Northeastern University with a degree in finance and marketing, Robert expanded his expertise by working with larger companies. One pivotal role was at Modern Continental, one of the world’s largest construction firms, known for projects like “The Big Dig” in Boston, the most technologically advanced construction undertaking in America at the time. Here, Robert had the unique opportunity to work directly with the owner, further honing his skills.

The Birth of Our Company

In the later years, Robert decided to create his own company, passionately driven by the values instilled by his father—pride of workmanship, attention to detail, and love. Whether it was Robert working with his father or vice versa, their partnership was grounded in these core principles. Together, they built a company dedicated to excellence and superior customer service.
